All sales for intellectual property RE: Infrared Images

Software failure or equipment failure which temporally renders any IR
Images not viewable will not result in a refund.

If our software or equipment fails which results in IR images being unable to be
displayed a full refund check will be processed and mailed to the client of address within ten business days of the point of software or equipment failure.
